Agreement on the processing of personal data

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the rights that I have according to the provisions of the GDPR, namely the right of access, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction, data portability and the right to opposition. I have also been informed that to exercise these rights, I must contact the Romanian Kagyu Buddhist Association by e-mail at the address: contact@kagyuromania.eu or in writing at the address Str Bodesti nr 1BI K6 ap 26, sector 2, Bucharest.

I was informed that the data provided will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the provisions of art. 18 of Law no. 544 of 2001 on free access to information of public interest, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and for cancelling Directive 95/46 /CE (General Data Protection Regulation) and with Law no. 190/2018 on measures to implement Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and its repeal of Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation).
